In every instance we work with our clients so they can have access to our treatment services. We will discuss your ability to pay for treatment services and work with you to find a payment solution.

Insurance
Substance use and mental health counseling are covered by most insurance companies. We recommend that you call your carrier and find out your specific insurance benefits. We are participating providers for most major insurance carriers (MaineCare, Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna). Co-pays and deductibles may apply. We cannot accept clients who have Medicare, please call us for a referral to other area providers who accept Medicare. Please let us know what type of insurance you have at your initial call, as most insurance companies require pre-­-authorization for our services.

Sliding Fee Scale
For our clients who do not have insurance, or who are underinsured, we offer a sliding fee scale based on your income and number of dependents. To be considered for the sliding fee scale, proof of income is required. Please call our Billing Manager, Laura Shelby to discuss what documents to bring to your first appointment.

Treatment Scholarships
We are able to offer treatment scholarships through the Sam Hamill Memorial Treatment Scholarship Fund. Funds are limited and certain conditions apply. Please call our Billing Manager, Laura Shelby, to see if you qualify.
