Our outpatient treatment facility in Southwest Harbor is licensed to treat addictions and related mental health disorders for adolescents, adults and families. In addition to our Southwest Harbor facility, we also provide no cost assessments and counseling services for students at MDI High School, provide services at College of the Atlantic and serve Swans Island and Islesford residents both onsite and via telehealth with plans to expand to other outer islands.

Our counselors are trained annually in the latest in innovative and evidence-based treatment modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Art Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. When entering treatment, each client is thoroughly assessed for strengths and needs, and an individualized program is developed that utilizes those inherent strengths and resiliency to move the client toward their treatment goals. Sessions may be individual or one of our specialized groups.
